Food Waste across the regions in 2023
We continue to collect data on a daily basis of our food waste streams and look to develop methods so we can reduce our waste. Here we show this years waste to date and separate it into streams.
What we are doing to reduce our food waste

There are many ways we can combat food waste, from composting left-overs to ordering class b (wonky) fruit and veg.
Our Waste Zero booklet looks at how we can use the parts of fresh produce that that in the past have been discarded – like apple peel and broccoli stems!

Food Waste Report 2022
Here is Lee and the teams food waste report from 2022. We only started to separate our streams in May last year. DLA Piper have set us a target of reducing our food waste by 25% in 2023.
