Makes one gastro 20” x 12”
Ingredients
450 g – Butter
550 g – White Chocolate
1 tin condensed milk
600 g digestives
300 g mixed fruit
200 g – Glazed Cherries plus extra for topping
100 g Dried Coconut
Method
Melt Butter & Chocolate Together over a Bain Marie,
Add condensed milk & stir well.
Break up digestives into small pieces
Add mixed fruit
Pour over wet ingredients & gently stir to bring together
Pour into a lined tray
Sprinkle with dried toasted coconut
Set in fridge
Once set finish with extra glazed cherries
